I was born and raised in the small town of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where I learned about faith, dedication, and compassion. These traits not only influenced my childhood, but they have also led me to where I am today. I became interested in the field of healthcare during my sophomore year of high school. While pursuing a nursing education at MUSC, I made a decision to solely focus on myself. Taking a semester off to do some soul-searching ended up being the most beneficial thing I have ever done for myself; I gained nursing / clinical training experience and ultimately discovered my passions for mental health, research and social contribution. My endeavors have allowed me to understand how much I could help people by providing care for them.

 

I relish in a professional environment that focuses on fostering comprehensive patient care in clinical environments. Contributions include conducting patient assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting urologic procedures to ensure continuity and accuracy in care delivery. Emphasis on empathetic communication has enhanced patient understanding and emotional well-being in diverse healthcare settings.  

 

With over six months of experience in nursing and a background in medical sales and caregiving, the focus remains on improving patient outcomes through education, advocacy, and operational efficiencies. Proficiency in patient counseling and collaborative problem-solving supports the mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
